Access to and use of any feature on the 995bet platform — whether through the website 995bet.life, the mobile app, or any other official channel — is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document.

By creating an account at 995bet, you expressly confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not create an account or use the platform's services. Acceptance of this document constitutes a binding agreement between the user and 995bet.

To create an account and use 995bet's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Not be an employee, representative, or immediate family member of an employee of 995bet or any of its partner providers;

995bet conducts periodic checks to ensure that registered users meet these requirements. False information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure and the withholding of any available balance, as outlined in the Account Closure section of this document.

Each CPF may be linked to only one active account on 995bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, different CPFs, or third-party details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved, with no entitlement to any associated bonus funds.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email and password) confidential. 995bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone — any such request should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to support immediately. All activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility, unless unauthorized third-party access is proven.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should:

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory for withdrawals and may be requested at any time during use of the platform. Withdrawals will always be processed to the same method used for the deposit, unless a documented technical limitation prevents it. 995bet does not process withdrawals to bank accounts or Pix keys belonging to third parties — the withdrawal method must belong to the account holder on the platform.

Withdrawals requested before KYC is completed will be held until identity verification is successfully finished. This does not mean your funds are at risk — they are simply pending confirmation for regulatory and security reasons. Once KYC is approved, funds are released within up to 24 hours.

• Live bets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match (goals, cards, penalties) while odds are being updated;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets are voided and the original stake is returned to the user's balance;
• For combo (multi) bets, if one event is voided, the odds are recalculated with that event removed;
• Results are based on official competition sources — 995bet data follows the governing bodies of the respective sports;
• 995bet reserves the right to limit or void bets suspected of match-fixing or irregular behaviour;
• Bets placed after an event has started due to a system error are automatically voided.

995bet is not responsible for live stream interruptions that may affect live betting decisions. Odds are dynamic and may change at any time until the market closes — the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed are the odds applied, regardless of any subsequent changes.

995bet offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus for new registrations, free bets, cashback, and special promotions tied to sporting events such as Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores. Each promotion has its own specific conditions published on the corresponding page within the platform.

The following general rules apply to all 995bet bonuses:

• Every bonus carries a rollover requirement (minimum wagering) that must be met before withdrawing funds derived from that bonus;
• The standard rollover is 10x the bonus amount for Sports Betting and 30x for casino games, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover calculation;

995bet's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

995bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the user via their registered email at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor wording changes or clarifications take effect on the date of publication.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated rules constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with published changes, you have the right to request account closure before the effective date, with your available real balance refunded.
