Everything You Need to Know

Why We Built This Help Center

995bet is built to deliver a complete Sports Betting and online casino experience designed specifically for Brazilian players. Part of that experience is making sure you have easy access to the information you need — without having to open a support ticket just to find out how long a withdrawal takes or how a bonus works.

This FAQ page was built around the real questions our users send to support. Every answer is written straight to the point, without fluff — so you can find what you need and get back to what matters: following the Brasileirão, cheering on your team in the Copa do Brasil, or trying your luck at a live roulette table.

Questions are organized into seven categories: sign-up & account, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses & promotions, Sports Betting, Casino & Games, and security. Use the category filters to jump straight to the topic you need. Or use the search bar at the top of the page to find a specific question.

One important note: this help center is updated regularly. Whenever a new question starts coming up frequently through our support team, it gets added here. If you have a question that isn't on the list, send it via live chat — our team responds in under 3 minutes, 24 hours a day, in Portuguese.

Sign-Up & Account

Yes, signing up at 995bet is 100% free and takes under 2 minutes. Visit the registration, fill in your full name, CPF, date of birth, phone number, email address, and create a password. No documents are needed to get started — identity verification (KYC) is only required at the time of your first withdrawal. You just need to be 18 or older and have a valid CPF.

No documents are required to create your account. All you need is your CPF, full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Identity verification (KYC) — which requires a photo ID such as an RG, CNH, or passport, plus proof of address — is only needed at the time of your first withdrawal. The review process takes up to 72 hours after submission.

No. Each CPF can only be linked to one active account at 995bet. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited under the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts involved being closed, with any associated bonuses canceled. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support via live chat — never try to create a new account to work around this.

Changes to your email, phone number, and other account details are handled through support for security reasons — to prevent unauthorized modifications. Get in touch via 24h live chat or by emailing contato@995bet.life with your change request. Our team will verify your identity and complete the update within 24 hours.

Permanent account closure is done through the self-exclusion option at Settings → Responsible Gambling → Permanent Self-Exclusion. Once activated, it cannot be reversed and no new account can be created using the same CPF. Any available real-money balance (excluding bonuses with an unmet rollover) will be returned via Pix after identity verification, within up to 5 business days. You can also request this through support.

995bet is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Date of birth is automatically verified at registration via CPF. Withdrawals require identity verification with a photo ID. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed immediately, and the real deposited balance is returned to the holder of the payment method used.

Deposits

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00 — the fastest method, with instant credit to your account. For boleto bancário, the minimum is R$ 20.00 with processing within 1 business day. Credit or debit cards, PicPay, and Mercado Pago accept from R$ 10.00. TED transfers may have a variable minimum depending on the bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and others).

995bet accepts all major Brazilian payment methods: Pix (instant, from R$ 10.00), boleto bancário (processed within 1 business day), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED transfers through major banks including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and others. Pix is the most recommended method — it's instant and fee-free.

Pix deposits are credited in seconds — virtually instant. PicPay and Mercado Pago are also fast, typically credited in under 1 minute. Credit and debit card payments take 1 to 5 minutes to confirm. Boleto bancário takes up to 1 business day after payment. TED transfers take anywhere from a few minutes to 1 business day depending on your bank and the time of day. If a deposit doesn't show up within the expected timeframe, contact support with your payment receipt ready.

995bet does not charge its own fees on Pix deposits. For other methods such as credit card, fees may be applied by your card issuer or financial institution — not by 995bet. Check with your bank or fintech to see if there are any additional charges for transactions on digital entertainment platforms. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your betting account, with no deductions from the platform.

First, allow the standard processing time for the method you used (Pix: seconds; boleto: up to 1 business day; TED: a few minutes to 1 business day). If that window has passed and the amount still hasn't shown up, contact support via 24h live chat with: your proof of payment (screenshot or PDF), the exact amount, the transaction time, and the payment method used. Our team will locate and manually credit the deposit if the transaction is confirmed in our financial system.

Withdrawals

Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval, as long as your KYC (identity verification) is already complete. Pix goes directly to your linked bank account, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Other methods have different timeframes: credit card takes 1 to 5 business days, TED transfer takes 1 to 2 business days. That's why Pix is the recommended withdrawal method.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 995bet is R$ 20.00 via Pix. For other methods such as TED transfer and card, the minimum may be R$ 50.00. Withdrawals can only be made from your real balance — bonus balance must meet the required rollover before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though withdrawals above a certain amount may be subject to an additional security review.

KYC stands for "Know Your Customer" and is a mandatory regulatory process for financial platforms. At 995bet, KYC is required at the time of your first withdrawal and involves: a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last 3 months. The review takes up to 72 hours after submission. Once approved, future withdrawals are processed normally without additional verification — unless your registered details are updated.

If your Pix withdrawal has not been processed within 30 minutes, or other methods have exceeded the stated timeframes, contact support via 24h live chat with the following details: withdrawal amount, payment method, and time of request. The most common causes of delays are: KYC still under review, additional documentation required, unmet bonus rollover, or a security review on a high-value withdrawal. Our team will look into it and get back to you promptly.

995bet does not charge any fees on withdrawals made via Pix. The amount you request is the amount you receive, with no deductions from the platform. For withdrawals via other methods, fees may be charged by your bank or financial provider — not by 995bet. Check with your bank to find out whether there are any additional costs for receiving funds via TED or card credit.

Pix withdrawals are processed very quickly and generally cannot be canceled once approved. If your withdrawal still shows a "pending" or "under review" status, contact support immediately via live chat — in some cases it's possible to reverse the request before final processing. Withdrawals that have already been approved and sent to your bank cannot be canceled.

Bonuses & Promotions

The 995bet welcome bonus is applied automatically on your account's first deposit. To activate it, complete your registration and make your first deposit above the minimum amount required by the promotion — the exact amount and percentage are shown on the promotions page available after login. The bonus is credited as bonus balance, separate from your real balance, and has a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawal.

Rollover is the wagering requirement you need to meet before withdrawing bonus funds. For example: if you receive a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover, you need to place R$ 500.00 in bets on eligible markets before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus. Your rollover progress is shown in your account under Bonus → Details. Only bets placed on markets with odds above the minimum required count toward the rollover — check the specific bonus Terms for full details.

Yes, each bonus has a specific expiration date stated in the promotion's Terms — generally 7 to 30 days from the activation date. If the rollover is not completed within that period, the bonus balance is automatically canceled. Your real account balance is not affected. To check the expiration date and progress of your current bonus, go to Settings → Bonuses or contact support.

995bet runs an ongoing promotions calendar for active users: weekly cashback on football bets (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), free bets on selected round fixtures, free spins on selected slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, special promotions during events like Copa do Brasil finals, progressive and accumulated jackpots. Active promotions appear in the Promotions section after you log in. The terms of each promotion are displayed before activation.

During registration, there is an optional field to enter a promo code in step 2 of the sign-up form. If you already have an account and received a code after registering, go to Settings → Promotions → Enter Code, or contact support via live chat with the code — our team will apply it manually if needed. Promo codes have an expiration date and specific terms of use, always described alongside the code.

Sports Betting

995bet offers betting on a wide range of sports with a focus on the Brazilian market: football (Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sudamericana, state championships, and major European leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA and UFC, tennis, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), futsal, handball, and much more. Live betting is available on the top matches as they happen.

Live betting takes place while the event is in progress, with odds updated in real time. In the Live section, you'll find ongoing matches with markets such as next goal, half-time score, total corners, total goals, full-time result, cards, and more. Odds shift second by second based on the score, time elapsed, and in-game events. You need available account balance to confirm a bet.

Yes. 995bet supports parlay bets (also known as combo or accumulator bets), where you select two or more events in a single bet. The final odds are the product of each individual selection's odds, and all events must win for the bet to pay out. There is a minimum odds requirement per selection for parlay bets — check the platform rules for specific combinations. Live bets can also be combined with pre-match selections in some markets.

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or suspended before completion, all bets on that event are refunded at odds of 1.00 — meaning you get your stake back. In cases of temporary suspension where play resumes within 12 hours, 995bet may wait for the final result before processing any refund. For parlay bets, the cancelled selection is removed from the combination and the remainder stays valid with recalculated odds.

Yes, 995bet offers Cash Out on selected pre-match and live betting markets. Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the final result — either to lock in a partial profit or cut your losses when a game isn't going your way. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and appears in your Open Bets section when the market is active. Not all events and markets have Cash Out available.

Casino & Games

The 995bet live casino features European, American, and Lightning roulette tables, baccarat, blackjack, and game shows with real dealers streaming in HD video. Tables run 24 hours a day and are hosted by live dealers — several with a Portuguese-language chat option. Bets are placed in real time, with outcomes determined physically (roulette: ball and wheel; cards: real shuffling and dealing). There is no random number generator on live tables — results are physical and streamed live.

RTP stands for Return to Player and indicates the average percentage a slot pays back to players over thousands of spins. For example: a slot with 96% RTP returns, on average, R$ 96.00 for every R$ 100.00 wagered over the long run. At 995bet, the RTP for each slot is published on the game's page. Keep in mind: RTP is calculated statistically over large volumes of spins — it is not a guaranteed return for any individual session. High-volatility slots pay out less frequently but in larger amounts; low-volatility slots pay more often in smaller amounts.

In crash games, a multiplier starts at 1x and rises progressively during each round. The goal is to cash out before the multiplier crashes. If you cash out at 2.5x with R$ 10.00 staked, you receive R$ 25.00. If you don't cash out before the crash, you lose the bet. You set your stake and can configure an auto cash-out at a target multiplier. Games like Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman use a provably fair algorithm — publicly verifiable — to ensure every round's outcome is fair and not manipulated.

Yes, most slots at 995bet have a demo mode available — you can play without wagering real money to get familiar with the mechanics, special symbols, bonus features, and pay frequency. Just select "Demo" or "Play for Free" on the game page. Demo mode is not available for live casino (tables always use real money) or for all crash games. Winnings in demo mode are fictitious and cannot be withdrawn.

Progressive jackpots accumulate a percentage of every bet placed on that game by all players — the prize pool grows continuously until someone wins it. At 995bet, available jackpots come from certified providers such as Pragmatic Play (Jackpot Play) and others. Each jackpot game displays the current accumulated prize in real time on the game page. The jackpot can be triggered randomly during any round, regardless of that round's outcome. Once won, the accumulator resets to zero and starts building again.

Account Security

On the login, click "Forgot my password". Enter the email address linked to your 995bet account and you'll receive a reset link by email — be sure to check your spam folder too. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you no longer have access to the registered email, contact support via live chat with your CPF and identity verification details for an alternative recovery.

Accounts can be temporarily blocked due to: multiple incorrect login attempts, access detected from an unusual location, self-exclusion activated by the account holder, or a preventive security review. In any of these cases, contact support via 24h live chat with your registered email address. Our team will identify the reason, carry out the necessary identity verification, and resolve it as a priority. Never try to create a new account to get around a block.

Go to your account and navigate to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. You can enable it via SMS to your registered phone number or through an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. With 2FA active, every login requires a 6-digit code — even if someone gets hold of your password, they won't be able to access your account without it. Setup takes under 2 minutes and is strongly recommended, especially if you log in on public Wi-Fi networks.

Change your password immediately by going to Settings → Security → Change Password. Then contact support via 24h live chat to report the suspected breach — our team can lock access across all active devices, review your login history, and investigate any suspicious activity as a priority. Important: 995bet will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Any message requesting your password on behalf of 995bet is a scam attempt.
