What Playing Responsibly Really Means
Playing at 995bet — whether betting on Brasileirão Série A, following a live roulette round, spinning slots with a jackpot, or trying your luck on a crash game like Aviator — should always be a conscious choice made for entertainment. The line between fun and problem starts to blur when gambling stops being an option and becomes a need.
Responsible gambling isn't an abstract concept. It's a daily practice built on concrete decisions: setting a deposit limit before you open the platform, establishing a maximum session time, never betting money you need for monthly bills, and knowing when to stop if you're not in a good emotional or financial place.
995bet provides practical tools to support these decisions. They're right in your account settings — no red tape, no waiting for anyone's approval — and take effect immediately once activated. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, temporary self-exclusion, and permanent self-exclusion: each one exists so you have real control over your experience on the platform.
Beyond the technical tools, 995bet trains its support team to recognize signs of problematic gambling and offer appropriate guidance. If a user displays concerning patterns — such as repeatedly attempting to reverse limits or expressing financial distress directly in the chat — our team is prepared to respond with empathy and useful information, not just automated replies.
Protecting players doesn't compromise the fun for those who gamble responsibly. In fact, it's quite the opposite: knowing a safety net is in place makes the experience more enjoyable. At 995bet, you don't have to choose between entertainment and protection — they always go hand in hand.
If you recognized two or more of the signs above in yourself or someone close to you, we recommend activating 995bet's responsible gambling tools and seeking professional support. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat.
Control in Your Hands
All available in your account settings — no red tape, no waiting for approval
Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Reductions take effect immediately — increases have a 24-hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions. You can deposit via Pix from R$ 10.00, and limits apply to all payment methods: Pix, boleto, card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago.
Set the maximum amount you're willing to lose over a given period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once that limit is reached, new deposits are automatically blocked until the start of the next period, with no action required on your part. Ideal for anyone who wants to stick to a fixed entertainment budget.
Receive notifications after a set amount of continuous play — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or any interval you choose. The alert appears on screen as a reminder to take a break, check the time, or simply decide whether you want to keep playing. Simple, but highly effective for anyone who loses track of time while playing.
Pause your account for a set period: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. Activation is immediate — once you confirm, account access is blocked for the chosen period. During the pause, login attempts are automatically denied. Ideal for moments of stress, financial pressure, or whenever you feel you need a break.
Permanent closure of your 995bet account, with no possibility of reversal. Your available real-money balance is refunded after identity verification. This option is recommended for anyone who recognizes that gambling is causing serious problems and wants a definitive solution. Once activated, it is not possible to create a new account using the same CPF.
Our support team is trained in responsible gambling and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email. Whether you need help activating a tool, want to talk through your gambling habits, or simply have a question, there's a real person ready to help — in Portuguese.
All tools are available in Account Settings → Responsible Gambling inside your 995bet account. Access it via the mobile site or the app (Android and iOS). Limit reductions and self-exclusions take effect immediately — no lengthy forms or approval wait times.
Prefer to talk to someone? Our support team can activate any tool via live chat in under 2 minutes — available 24/7 in Portuguese.
Know Your Gambling Pattern
Answer the questions below honestly. There are no right or wrong answers — the goal is to better understand your relationship with gambling.
Our Internal Stance
Responsible gambling at 995bet doesn't start when a user already has a problem — it starts in the platform's design. In practice, that means we don't display aggressive countdown timers to pressure bets, we don't send persistent notifications during extended sessions, and we don't use messaging that encourages excess.
Our marketing approach reflects the same commitment. 995bet promotions — welcome bonuses, free bets on Brasileirão matches, football cashback — are communicated transparently, with rollover requirements clearly stated. We don't hide rules in fine print, and we don't create artificial urgency to pressure financial decisions.
Internally, the 995bet support team undergoes regular training in identifying problem gambling behavior. When a user reaches out showing signs of financial distress or compulsive behavior, the protocol is clear: provide information about available tools, help activate self-exclusion if requested, and refer to external support resources when appropriate.
995bet also does not accept deposits from users who have activated self-exclusion, even if the exclusion period has expired and the account has not been formally reactivated. Reactivation requires a deliberate confirmation process — it is never automatic.
CPF verification at registration, mandatory KYC for withdrawals, and zero tolerance for any access identified as underage. Accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately.
995bet does not send promotional communications to users who are in a self-exclusion period or who have requested a pause on marketing communications.
The odds displayed are the odds applied — no changes after confirmation. Slot RTPs are published on each game's page. Bonus rollover requirements are described before any acceptance.
Withdrawals via Pix in as little as 5 minutes. No legitimate winnings are withheld without reason. A player's financial security is directly tied to a healthier relationship with gambling.
Habits That Make a Difference
Small decisions before each session can completely change the experience
Before opening 995bet, decide how much you're going to deposit that session. Treat that amount as entertainment spending — like going to the movies or paying for a streaming service. Once it's gone, it's gone.
Decide how long you'll play before you start — and stick to it. Use your phone timer if needed. 995bet also offers configurable session alerts to remind you when your time is up.
Betting on football, live roulette, slots, and crash games are forms of entertainment — not income strategies. When making money becomes the main goal, your relationship with gambling shifts in a dangerous direction.
Decisions made when you're tired, anxious, angry, or under financial pressure are rarely good ones. If you're not in a calm headspace, save the session for another day — the platform will still be there tomorrow.
